Regular members can only modify or delete the properties they created themselves. Owners can also invite and remove team members, reorganize properties across different teams, and with reporting access enabled, they unlock a dedicated Reports dashboard showing usage, costs, processing times, and completion rates — giving owners a clear view of ROI and team efficiency at a glance.

Can team owners restrict which properties a specific member can see?

Yes. By default, every team member has access to all properties in the team — collaboration is fully open. But when needed, owners can restrict access on a per-member basis from the team management page. This is especially useful when working with external analysts who should only see specific assets, or when confidential negotiations require limiting exposure to a subset of the team. Restricted properties no longer appear in the member's dashboard, property list, or any related views.
